GDPR and the processing of personal data

From 25 May 2018, the GDPR, the General Data Protection Regulation, comes into effect. This new privacy legislation changes the national regulations of all European member states into a single new privacy protection law. The aim of GDPR is to guarantee much better protection to natural persons when processing their data. 

Naturally, Trustteam has also taken the necessary steps to be compliant with GDPR. Documents that are of interest to our clients are the processor agreement and the Statement of Applicability.
